Learn to Round

Rounding is a reliable yoga practice from the ancient tradition of the Yogis, ideally suited to the fast tempo of modern life.  

For good health it is necessary for everyone to do something with the body that it remains flexible and normal. 

The advantage of yoga asanas over other eastern and western systems of physical posture is that they do not consume energy.

They help to restore life force, promote health and maintain normal conditions in the body. 

The daily practice of 10-15 min of gentle yoga asana (postures) followed by 5 min of prananyama (breathing) and about 20 mins of Vedic Meditation is recommended to those who seek the harmonious development of body, mind and soul.
